All returns or exchanges must be made within fourteen days of receiving your product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our company. After contacting us, we will provide you with a return authorization number which must accompany your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for paying to return items.
Many of our products are custom printed. For limited series collections with sale end dates, when the sale window has closed we will print and ship all orders. If your order contains items from more than one collection, the order will not ship until the latest collection item has closed. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks. For permanent series designs without a closing date, expect shipping in 2 - 4 weeks.
We will process a full refund for any orders canceled within 10 days of placing the order. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to any refund request received after the 10 days but before shipment. Cancellation is not possible once the order has shipped.
